The session
The calves, the arches, the forearms. Your therapist begins there.
You lie on the table under a sheet, or sit for the arms and hands. One leg or arm is uncovered at a time.
Steady, focused strokes at the pressure you choose. We check in partway through.
Before you come
The feet and calves can be tender, so we start lighter than you might expect. Say firmer when you want it.
A sheet covers you, and only the leg or arm being worked on is uncovered.
If you are pregnant or unsure about a health condition, ask your doctor before booking.
Shorts or loose pants that roll up for legs and feet, and a short-sleeve shirt for arms. Or undress as far as you like.
Each is licensed by the state. Book with the one you like.
