Sessions by length

Pick the time you have. You are covered the whole time on the table, you set the pressure, and you can stop whenever you like.

Between classes

Short, for a gap in your day.

  • Seated session

    20 min

Clothed, in a massage chair, with no oil. Neck, shoulders, back and arms at the pressure you choose.

    Book: Seated session

An hour or less

The whole back, or the whole body.

  • Deep tissue, full body

    60 min

Slow, firm work from head to feet, with extra time where you ask for it. We check the pressure at the start, in the middle and before the end.

Focused work

One part of you, given the time.

Every visit

How a session runs

  1. Start

    Step 1: A short chat

Where you want the work, how firm, and any area to skip.

  2. Before

    Step 2: Getting settled

Your therapist steps out while you get on the table, covered by a sheet, or sit in the chair, clothed.

  3. Session

    Step 3: The session

One area uncovered at a time. Say lighter or firmer whenever you like, or ask to stop.

  4. After

Step 4: Time to sit up

Your therapist steps out again while you sit up and dress, then offers you water.

Take the time you have.
