Questions about your visit

How long is a session?

From 20 minutes, seated, to 90 minutes on the table. Most first visits are 60 minutes. The menu lists every length.

What is the seated session?

A 20-minute session in a massage chair, fully clothed and with no oil, for the neck, shoulders, back and arms. It fits between two classes or two meetings.

What do I wear?

Whatever is comfortable to arrive and leave in. On the table, undress only as far as you like and keep on whatever you want; you are covered by a sheet the whole time. Seated sessions are done clothed.

Am I covered the whole time?

Yes. Only the part we are working on is uncovered, and it is covered again when we move on.

Can I stop?

Yes, at any time and for any reason. You can pause, change position or end the session, and we stop right away.

How do I set the pressure?

Tell us where you want the work and how firm: light, medium, firm or deep. We check again partway through, and you can change it whenever you like.

What should I say at a first visit?

Say where you want the work, how firm, and any area to skip. The first-visit page lists the words people use.

What if I am ill or pregnant?

If you are unwell, tell us and we will move your visit. If you are pregnant or unsure about a health condition, ask your doctor before booking.

How often should I come?

As often as suits you. Some people book one hour before finals or a race, and some come every few weeks. Your therapist can suggest a rhythm after your first visit.

Should I tip?

Tipping is optional. You can add it when you pay or hand it to your therapist.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please give us 24 hours to move or cancel. If you are ill, tell us and we will move your visit without question.

How does pricing work?

The price is set by the length, whether you are seated or on the table, and the therapist. The booking page shows it before you confirm.
