Your first visit
What to say at your first visit
You do not need to know the right words. Here are the ones people use. Use any of them, at any time.
“My neck and shoulders.”
Tell us where you want the work and we start there.
“A little firmer.”
Light, medium, firm or deep. Say it again whenever it changes.
“Skip this part.”
Any area, for any reason, with no explaining.
“I only have 30 minutes.”
We keep an eye on the clock so you walk out on time.
“I would like quiet.”
Or tell us you do not mind talking. Either is fine.
“Please stop.”
At any time and for any reason. We stop right away.
From booking to the last stroke
- 01
Step 1: Book a time
Choose a length, a day and a therapist. The booking page asks a few questions your therapist needs, so you do not have to explain them at the door.
- 02
Step 2: Arrive a few minutes early
Come to Suite 200 at 216 South Walnut Street. Sit in the front room, and your therapist comes to get you.
- 03
Step 3: Say what you want
A short chat first: where you want the work, how firm, any area to skip. Then you get on the table, covered by a sheet, or into the chair, clothed. The session starts when you are ready.
- 04
Step 4: Take your time
Your therapist steps out while you sit up and dress, then offers you water. The next visit is one tap away on the booking page.
What to wear
Come as you are.
Wear what is comfortable to arrive and leave in. We handle the rest.
On the table, undress only as far as you like and keep on whatever you want. A sheet covers you the whole time, and only the part we are working on is uncovered. Seated sessions are done fully clothed, with no oil. Your therapist steps out while you get settled and again when you sit up.
